International Young Scientist Competition (IYSC)
The Competition: The International Young Scientist Competition (IYSC) is under the sponsorship of the international journal "Medical Science Monitor", which draws its scientific reports and reviews from internationally renowned scientists. From this base of expertise and scientific insight the journal is sponsoring a novel young innovative scientists competition based award and recognition program, seeking to encourage and advance science as a career. The International Young Scientist Competition (IYSC) will encourage reports from young scientists in their junior and senior year in high school, recognizing that they have participated in various types of research programs either at their high schools or in professional research laboratories. This IYSC Award will attempt to find and recognize such young scholars and encourage them to continue their endeavors by offering them an opportunity to have their reports published in an international journal and also winning a financial incentive award, which they can use at their discretion for entering a College or University of their choice worldwide. At the present time we will consider applications in the following disciplines: biology, molecular biology, environmental sciences, biochemistry, medicine and toxicology.    Read more...
